Creative Rewards System
Dreadfarer is built around player creativity. Rewards are based on the effort and care put into a piece—not the medium used.
Writing and art are treated as equal forms of creative expression. Some players prefer to write, others to draw, and neither should be punished or favored for that choice. This system exists to ensure fair progression for all creators.
The following table applies to Expeditions, Faction Prompts, and Contracts.

🤝 Collaboration Rules

Collaborations may include any number of participants

All characters must receive equal representation

Example: One character cannot be 25% visible while another is 75%

All collaborators receive identical rewards

All contributors must put in equal effort
Minimum requirements to qualify:

At least half-body art, OR
-
Add 1,000 words for each collaborator added

Example: 2 collaborators would have base 2,000 words, 3 collaborators would have 3,000 words

Final Notes
While we strive to be flexible and supportive of creativity, staff reserve the right to adjust or deny bonuses if this system is abused.
Create in the way that suits you best. If your preferred creative way is not stated above, dm a staff member to check what you'd earn.
